Our Approach

Most recruiters think the resume fits — until the hiring manager sees it.

EPS Connects helps manufacturers hire engineers who can actually perform in injection molding and automated assembly environments.

We define the real need, screen with technical depth, and deliver candidates who are aligned with your operation — so you spend time only with people who can contribute.

Why I Started EPS Connects

Before recruiting, I led engineering teams inside manufacturing environments where performance mattered — injection molding, automation, and regulated production systems.

Like most engineering leaders, I was responsible for delivery, uptime, and results. And when we needed to hire, it mattered.

But the recruiting process rarely matched that reality.

I’d ask for a process engineer and receive resumes from completely unrelated backgrounds — people who had “engineer” in their title but no understanding of the equipment, processes, or environment they’d be stepping into.

The issue wasn’t effort.
It was a lack of understanding.

Most people involved in the search didn’t know the difference between roles, machines, or what success actually looked like on the floor.

I did — because I had been responsible for it.

After spending my career delivering injection mold tools, manufacturing systems, and high-speed automation across medical device, automotive, and consumer manufacturing environments, I understood how to evaluate engineers the way a hiring manager does.

That’s why I started EPS Connects.

Today, I help manufacturers hire engineers who can actually perform in their environment — not just match a job description.

Meet the Founder

Before starting EPS Connects, I spent my career leading engineering teams inside high-pressure manufacturing environments where delivery, uptime, and results mattered.

Like most engineering leaders, I was responsible for moving projects forward with limited time and resources — and when it came to hiring, the process rarely helped.

Too many resumes looked right on paper but didn’t reflect what the role actually required. It became clear that most recruiting efforts lacked a real understanding of manufacturing environments, equipment, and engineering responsibilities.

I had been on the other side of that problem — responsible for the outcome — and knew there was a better way.

My background includes delivering injection mold tools, high-speed automation systems, and precision assembly equipment across medical device, automotive, and consumer manufacturing environments. I’ve built teams, launched systems, and worked through the challenges that come with scaling production.

Today, I use that experience to help manufacturers hire engineers who can step into their environment and contribute quickly — without the noise of unqualified candidates.
