We place engineering talent! Led by a career machine design and manufacturing engineer, EPS Connects is a full desk recruiting company specializing in Engineering Leadership, Engineers and Technicians for manufacturing companies.
With over 20 years as a manufacturing engineer for industries such as medical device, automotive and packaging, I’ve been there and understand the frustration and time it takes to find the right candidates for open roles. I focus on the industries that I’m experienced in, and will be able to help with job descriptions and with really being able to dig in to candidates resumes and screen them so that you will only see candidates that are right for you.
Beyond finding the people to fill the roles, we also have an extensive network of vendors to support the engineers that we place and enable them to get the job done in a quality and timely manner.
